*Please keep in mind that Hawaii orders may take longer to arrive due to customs. It may take anywhere from 15-30 business days.

Shipping Internationally: 7- 15 business days

EXPEDITED SHIPPING TIMES

United States: 5 - 12 business days (Depending on State)

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders may take 1-3 business days to process after placing the order. Weekends are not considered business days.

Due to excessive orders, processing times may take longer than expected. During peak season, we do kindly ask that you allow us up to 5 business days to fulfill your order.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your order is shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have trouble finding your tracking number, you may email our customer service team at any time at trykbeautynow@gmail.com!

Unexpected delays

In some instances, some deliveries may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control. We thank you for being patience and understanding with us.

Customs & Duties

Please note, if you are located outside of the USA, remote EU countries or Remote EU islands you may be required to pay customs duties and/or additional import fees to receive your order. By purchasing on our website, you agree to these charges, which are not charged by KBeauty Co but by your own government. You cannot refuse the delivery of your orders because of these charges. If you refuse your order, it gets destroyed by the government authorities and you won't receive a refund.
